The girl who is supposed to be one of the managers has a horrendous attitude. She has never once said 'hello' and seen her talk to staff who have been there years, in a awful way. She will trot round the warehouse looking for staff to come and serve but will not pull her finger out to do it herself. I went a while ago and she marched round the warehouse shouting Sharon's name, dispite Sharon working away in the warehouse. She even came to the till then went to find Sharon dispite there being 3 other staff on the aisle she was stood in. I've been a customer for a few years and it's not the same since she has arrived. I don't think it takes much to greet customers and offer help when they look lost. Also she should be respecting those who she manages rather than the attitude she gives them. Also as a supposed manager she should be setting an example and not just be stood there marching orders. She has put me off going as its embarrassing not just for me for the staff she looks down on. I did used to go weekly, but haven't been for 3 months now. She is going to put lots of customers off if things don't change. She should not be on the shop floor or even customer facing. She clearly has no idea of people skills.
