Dont be fooled by the online valuation . You can put in everything wrong with the car right down to the last scratch and when you get there they will low ball you big time . Offered me a ridiculous price for my car . The appraisal guy said that half the information I had put in online wasnt on his note pad . Will not be recommending and will not be returning . Con artists .

I Went to sell my Mercedes and had an appointment at 1:40 . Arrived 5 mins late and the would not see me . Also the staff were very rude as they treated me as an inferior inconvenience to their day. As a customer I am absolutely appalled to these kind of services

Webuyanycar employee Serbian was very friendly and helpful. Only issues I have is the time it takes to get your appointment completed due to having to wait for someone to answer a phone to enable a code, 20 min appointment ends up 40 mins. Other than that would definitely use again

I had a 15 month old Audi Q5 Hybrid that i wanted to part exchange for a new Volvo, the dealer offer on Part exchange was 4k lower than what WBAC offered (38.5k) so i thought i'd give them a go, i went to the appointment with the expectation that i'd be driving my car home without a deal after reading reviews and expecting to be knocked down on the price. At the meeting i highlighted 2 small scratches and they picked up 1 further one and deducted 300 for the remedial works on these which i thought was very fair. The inspection and sale process was very swift and i couldn't fault the service, would definitely recommend for newer cars as a part exchange alternative.
