The best car dealer i have ever dealt with. Travelled from Sheffield and bought a Ford Kuga from Ed and the team, which was in pristine condition as described. I unfortunately had some issues with the car in the first few weeks which presented after i'd got it home, but i cannot fault the way Ed and the team dealt with this, and how much they supported me until it was fixed. Ed went out of his way to help on a number of occasions to make sure it was sorted, which i greatly appreciate. A massive thank you to Ed and the team and i love my new car! After dealing with some very poor car dealers recently, R U Cars was a breath of fresh air and i would 100% recommend you buy from your next car from here. A very genuine family run business.

Excellent service from Ed. Highly recommend getting a motor from here if they have what you're after. Very relaxed, went for a solo test drive, Ed allowed me to look over the car whilst he cracked on in the office so no pushy sales going on. Any question I had was answered and Ed tried his best to get the car into an MOT station to ensure it had 12 months as he wasn't expecting me to drive it away that day as he likes to ensure what he's selling is the best it can be, despite having 10 months MOT already! Would be happy to deal with RU Cars again!

Great dealer. Saw a car on Autotrader, spoke with Ed, he organised a same day test drive. Car was excellent, exactly as he described. No pressure, very friendly, and professional. Only had the car a couple of days, but it's lovely. Wholeheartedly recommended.
