An excellent service from beginning to end. Richard was my main contact and was constantly in touch in what proved to be a tricky sale as Elon Musk decided to drop the prices of new Teslas by 6k during the process. Still we persevered and eventually received an offer I was satisfied with. Initially Ieft my car with Hamilton Grays in their show room, but took it back for a short period until it sold. Pretty seamless approach to car selling. Thanks Richard and Jay

Be careful - Many Cars are sold "SOR" and you are NOT buying from Hamliton grays but are buying from the owner of the car and have NO comeback legally or warranty - you are effectively buying private sale Sold as seen - I bought a 650s from them, Needed two tires and they put "Hyundai" tires on it (invalidating my insurance) to save a few and stopped replying to my emails about the HVAC controller that was broken and a new one was ordered (the wrong one) and I'm still waiting 6 months on for a 500+ refund for this.

Service could be better no show on first arranged meeting,Jay was there on time for the second meeting car was in great condition and jay helped with taxing the car.Good service in the end.
