My purchase of a used vehicle was a very easy and a pleasurable experience. I was taken through all of the additional services available to me. I found the team very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. On collection of my vehicle it was beautifully prepared. I received a very in-depth briefing on the vehicle features. I also ordered some additional parts for my new vehicle. The service I received was excellent. Thank you to all involved. I would recommend Vertu.

Lewis was very knowledgeable (and patient!) and spent a lot of time helping us decide which Toyota model was right for us. Thoroughly recommend this dealership ... this is the 3rd Toyota we've purchased from them over a period of 20 years.

My car was in for a service & MOT, which subsequently then needed re-testing. From the initial booking, to the re-test and communication in between, I can't fault the staff. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond on both visits - my car was washed on both occasions and I was offered a drink whilst I waited in their showroom. Highly recommend!
