Scammer Adam forced sale on my 83 yo motherinlaw for a phone she didn't want. Return process a nightmare left her with emergency calls only for almost 2 weeks. Customer Services Louise and Sid couldn't be bothered to resolve the issue, just "follow procedures" Appalling. Will all leave CPW and ID Mobile.

Left this company just over a week ago. They'll lure you into the job with nice sounding benefits however the work they offer is awful and the work environment is a pure facade. On my second week working there a colleague was rude to me and so I defended myself and called out the unprofessional behaviour. A week later and I was pulled into a disciplinary where I was asked "Do you think that's the type of behaviour we want here?". Furthermore to this I made a mistake and brought my switched off phone into the live room and I was honest enough to own up to it, Shazia who is one of the managers accused me of lying about it three consecutive times. If I intended on lying about it why would I own up to it? It's ironic when the same lady accusing me of lying walks around in those same live rooms openly talks and laughs on the phone to what sounds like family and friends, doesn't set a good example by any means. Then in that same disciplinary they tried lying to my face saying that I'd said "I don't care I'm going to walk into the floor with my phone if I want to". Which genuinely convinced me by that point they'd made up their mind about my employment at the company. If you're offered employment here I'd highly recommend avoiding them. It's not worth the demoralising duties you'll take on and the bullies for managers you'll deal with.
