Through both massage and the suggestion of strengthening exercises to do between sessions, I am now able to exercise regularly without triggering old injuries. I have been using Ben as a sports masseur for over 2 years. I find his service to be very professional and friendly. I have had a number of injuries that have been successfully treated by him I.e. shoulder and elbow issues. I would highly recommend his treatments, especially if you play a lot of sports.
