        I recently visited Loughborough Cryospa for a cryotherapy session and was blown away by the exceptional service and facilities they provided. I must say, though, that this experience is not for the faint-hearted! The staff was welcoming and professional, and the spa was immaculately clean and well-maintained. They explained the cryotherapy process to me clearly, and I was made to feel comfortable throughout the session. The cryotherapy session itself was intense, but the benefits were evident almost immediately after the session. It's not for the feint-hearted, but if you're willing to push through the discomfort, the experience is definitely worth it. Overall, I highly recommend Loughborough Cryospa to anyone looking for high-quality cryotherapy. It's not for the feint-hearted, but the experience is fantastic and definitely worth it for those who are willing to try it.
