I don't understand why there is a delay to opening this on a phone (it has to load up every time!). When you go into messages, they seem to open automatically (I wish they wouldn't). There seems to be lots of elements that our school aren't even using but they remain in the main menu. If I use it on the laptop, I find the bit we are using (emails) are only available via a tiny envelope at the top of the screen and not in the main list. This looks like a cheap and poorly designed system. I would much prefer emails being sent direct to me rather than via this pointless intermediately site. Another waste of public money. No benefit to parents.

Used this app for 4+ years at the two schools I worked in - and it was brilliant. Helped reach hard to reach families; really good tools that were always improving; and excellent customer support. Still use as a parent - can see reports, timetables, calendar, latest news etc.
