I started a course of IPL (Lynton Excelight using the 585nm filter) to try to improve the appearance of pulsed dye laser (PDL) damage sustained at a different clinic in 2019. I had and still have red patches on my face which flush and blush easily, and are aggravated by cold weather and dry heat from central heating. I had 7 treatments in total over the course of 7 months. I was led to believe that multiple treatments were necessary (which is correct) and that it takes time to see results. I saw maybe a 5 - 10% improvement on one side of my face, but it was so slight that it was hard to tell. Knowing what I know now, I would never have bothered and certainly can't recommend this treatment, assuming other people have the same issue as me. Perhaps it will work for others. It didn't for me and I consider it a waste of time and money.

Small business, offering a wide range of treatments. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable and very professional. During the (free) consultation we went through my problem areas and I was recommended the most optimal treatment for my skin type in order to meet my expectations. I went for the collagen pen treatment and I absolutely love the results. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Would give no stars if possible. Sent two emails over the past 3 days to see if I could get booked into an initial consultation. One via their form online, and one directly to their email. There cannot be a problem with the communications channel, so I have only reason to believe that it has been purposely ignored twice. Looking at all the other reviews, seems like they gave five stars based on the fact they paid hundreds of pounds on their treatments. Whereas asking for their advertised free consultation seems too much. Wouldn't recommend this company at all, just comes across as completely unprofessional.
