I booked afternoon tea for 5 persons a few days ago. The owner was very happy to deal with my query and was proactive in asking about and dealing with our dietary preferences/needs (Vegetarian/lactose-free) We were served with a nicely presented and varied selection of finger sandwiches, fruit, cake and scones along with an unlimited supply of tea in china crockery. The food was all fresh, was very tasty, it was in ample quantities and good value at under 15 per head. The ambience of the cafe was pleasant and the chairs and table were fit for purpose. Afternoon tea requires pre-booking a couple of days in advance and a deposit of 7.50 per person needs to be paid too. I certainly felt that I made a good choice in booking this place and would certainly recommend it.

Always always a lovely visit. This yime for afternoon tea and cake. Lovely fresh victoria sponge and a pot of tea. Fantastic. Planning the next visit already.
