Very unreliable. Text me the day he said he was going fit a new bathroom saying he was ill. Fair enough but he didn't text me the following day then after I text him he basically said he would be ill the whole week and that he was too busy for the next 2 weeks to come back. Told me to find a new plumber. Couldn't believe it. He prioritised his future customers over me who he let down badly. I had to rebook a tiler, cancel a flooring company and decorator. Would never recommend him at all. His communication was poor, sometimes took days to reply. I should have realised then he wouldn't be trustworthy.
