The deal was buy one get the second for 2 and 1.99 delivery that is very fair.
You just need to be a bit more generous with the main ingredient.

i used to work for pizza hut and i will gladly tell anyone its a rip off and they include delivery cost with the pizza price.
it costs them 50p to make every pizza.

but they want to charge you an extra 2 every delivery to deliver.
