I saw Jo for a locked jaw, which made eating difficult and painful. Six appointments, a lot of homework and a change in eating habits later I now have close to full mobility back. Jo has a really agile approach to choosing the best tool or technique based on what you need at that moment. She is calm, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I have been to this Clinic on and off over many years with a range of injuries, from ankle and knee to back and abdomen, all of which have successfully been treated by the physios employed there. My most recent injury was to my right side, which was very quickly diagnosed and treated by Jo, both with her expert "thumbs" and muscle massage as well as the regular exercises that she showed me how to do. Within a couple of days, the injury was significantly reduced and disappeared within a couple of weeks. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this Clinic as your injury will be sorted by the expertise of Jo and her team

There is a reason they only have 5 star reviews! I've been to several physios previously but none compare to Jo. Absolutely fantastic service, and highly knowledgeable.

I have had many problems, since an accident, that I could not get successfully diagnosed or treated. Twice now, at this clinic, I've had shoulder conditions correctly diagnosed and remedial exercises prescribed, once over video chat! In my experience, they succeed were other practitioners don't. I don't live in Loughborough but I'll come back next time I need help.

Fantastic help. I came here with a TMJ issues (jaw pain, headaches etc) and Jo was the only physio I could find with any specialism in this field locally. Because of this, she was very understanding and knew exactly the treatment I needed. It took a few sessions, but now I've noticed significant improvement and live a much happier life
