        Will not answer the phone. I've been trying to call since Tuesday to find out why my prescription which I have paid delivery for has not been delivered, but they will not answer the phone. I am housebound and cannot get to the pharmacy.this is ridiculous and very stressful.

        Nearly ever time I go to this pharmacy the excuse is always the same "your prescription hasn't been sent through"!. Well today I even had proof and they still blamed my doctor. Whilst in there, there was an number of other customers getting the same response and having to do the same as me and return back to the surgery for the paper slip. At what point will they listen and except that their system is the common denominator? Every doctor or prescribing nurse can't all be at fault here surely? Well, after nearly 40 minutes of faffing around and getting them the paper slip I still only came away with half of what I needed. I have used this place for nearly a year and it's always been the same. No longer will I use this pharmacy.
