Unfortunately both the worst post office and pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of living near. Staff are rude and unhelpful, it has taken me 3 attempts to collect a parcel in my name because they keep poor records and can't be bothered to search, and my partner has received incorrect advice from the pharmacist that had to be corrected by a doctor. Avoid at all costs if you can.

From the feedback of others, its clear this company is really not fit for purpose. Best to avoid. Seems many others have arrived at the same conclusion. The staff at this post office are rude and clearly have zero interest in providing a courteous service. On the contrary, they are explicitly rude and bigoted. Suggest you stay well away and use alternative pharmacies/POs. Would award zero stars if I could. Even better if Royal Mail / NHS conduct a quality review - I suspect they would fail both and require some form of intervention.
