I am still trying to work out the mentality of the staff here...You go in one day they jump off there seats to talk the next day they have attitudes and miserable faces and mumble one word WHAT'S IT ALL,ABOUT ALFIE ???????

The manager the asion fella is absolutely lovely, very friendly & helpful & understanding, however he has a woman working there who has no clue on how to speak to people, she snaps, shouts & gets angry with you & sarcastic, I rang up asking to speak to her manager 1 day & she said how do you know I'm not the manager, I said well I want to speak to someone above you, she replied how do you know I'm not above everyone here, I shouted, you will get me your manager right now, she handed the phone to the lovely manager who was kind & understanding, he said he'd give me a complaint form,which I shall collect as soon as I'm no longer housebound, she should not be working in a place like that, there are many of us disabled not just physically but also mentally, it was a good job I was in a good frame of mind at the time or I could of been pushed into further depression which could of set my bipolar on the downwards spiral instead of the happy 1 I'm in at present, I believe that all people working with such delicate people should have training in mental health & learn of to speak to people in an appropriate manner, not looking down at them as if you have such power & think your above everyone, no one is above anyone, we are all equal
