After using many of my local gym facilities over the years, I am now 3 months into my program at Bears fitness and couldnt recommend it more. Bear knowledge and expertise has been exceptional, the effort made to aid you achieving your goals is outstanding. Each work out has been tweaked to keep me engaged and focussed while still pushing you to your limits. Bear has written me a personalised nutrition plan with constant check ups to keep you me track. 5 stars all round!!

Over the past 5 years my weight had spiralled out of control to a whopping 22 Stone 4 Pounds I knew for my own health I needed to do something about it. After seeing a friends amazing results I decided to take the plunge & give Bears Fitness ago. Chris & Kelly are both amazing with their support & Guidance. From the simple but very effective diet plan I never once felt hungry & cravings quickly disappeared. With full accountability of every meal to ensure not only you are eating the right foods but to ensure the correct portions of food are been eaten. I found the online HIIT workouts great as they are short, sharp & fast. They can also be easily fitted around a very hectic schedule & you really do get a great calorie burn. All in all after completing the 28 day Antidote Plan, I have lost 19 pounds & 36cm from my measurements. One thing I will say is that this is not just a diet it is a lifestyle change & If you are prepared to commit the results will speak for themselves. I honestly could not recommend enough & will be continuing the Journey with Bears Fitness. Thanks Again for all your help, guidance & support. You really have helped to turn my life around.

Five stars are not enough. I signed up for the antidote plan and a few days later we went into lockdown. One of the options that Bear proposed was doing online sessions. To be honest, I was a bit reluctant about doing online sessions but I finally went for that and it was a very good choice. A loss of almost 4 kg in 4 weeks, uncountable cm lost from my body and a training condition that improved day by day. Kelly and Bear are amazing , they have a great knowledge of nutrition (loosing weight without starving is possible) and every session is always different.

I joined Bears fitness on a 4 week online antidote plan. I approached the team as I wanted to change my lifestyle to become more healthier. Both Bear and Kelly were amazing and I really saw the results. I'm now signed up to another 4 weeks. I cant recommend them enough. Anyone who wants a more healthier lifestyle or just want to loose some extra Covid weight please do hit them up and see the results yourself. Thank you both.

This was my investment in myself. While I had lost over 3 stone in the 2 years before I still didnt have the confidence to go into a gym on my own and had hit a plateau in my weight loss. The private nature of the gym really appealed to me, and Bear and Kelly immediately put me at ease. The amount I have learnt over the last 12 weeks is phenomenal and I am without a doubt in the best shape I have ever been in. Seeing the change week on week is so empowering, and they really give you the tools to take away and confidence to use them. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and really down to earth and genuine people. I could not have done what I have done without them. Thank you so much both of you!
