Joined with molly back in January, and have been having regular sessions either once or twice a week, and is extremely understanding and flexible with training especially when things come up. I absolutely love training with Molly, shes like a really good friend and also a hardcore motivator and coach all in one! Shes given me the confidence to use the weight section without feeling like I shouldnt be there although her sessions are tough the results speak for themselves, consistently loosing inches on waist and hip, even if the scales arent going as quick as I would like. She has helped me with home workout plans while we werent allowed to train outside and they have kept me accountable and consistent. Her workouts or circuits are intense but BURN those calories average workout with Molly for about a hour is 550 calories, which is great when I struggled to reach 300 some days before starting to train with Molly! Honestly if you want someone that is tough but pushes you and gives you results, Molly is your girl

I have been with Molly since January and she is a great personal trainer! She provided guidance, nutrition ideas and specific training to meet my goals right from the start. Molly really helped build my confidence back up in the weights section and provided detailed workout plans and videos alongside her 1-1 sessions. Also home workouts were provided during lockdown! The motivation and encouragement she gives is amazing and she always knows when I can do that extra weight or rep when I think I can't! Her sessions are always challenging physically but an incredible amount of fun (even though I may not always show that when I'm drowning in sweat ). I would highly recommend Molly for anyone wanting to try weight training, 1-1 sessions and for someone who would prefer a female personal trainer. Keep doing what you're doing Molly, you're an absolute star

I started training with Molly because I wanted to be able to use the weights and machines at the gym with confidence. I was the the person who walked past all the machines and headed straight to the studio for Pilates and Yoga! Now I'm not not only using the weights and machines but also the squat rack regularly and I love it. I never thought that would happen! I've not only gained confidence but, having experienced a debilitating illness over in the past two years, I've also gained back some of the muscle tone I've lost from being confined to bed and unable to move much. With that has come the confidence to go back into the studio to parts of my job that I thought were lost forever - as a dancer being physically fit it really important but I did think that I would never regain some of the strength lost. Not true - I'm proof that you don't have to say goodbye to your physicality when you're nearly 50. Thanks to Molly for her bold encouragement and warm and friendly way of training people. This had been the best investment I've made in myself for a long time!

I've been training with Molly on her online app since the start of lockdown and the changes already made to my body are massive! Previously I'd been going to the gym for the past few years and was stuck in a rut with training. Molly loads all my training sessions onto her app and I then do the exercises when I can fit them around the kids and work. She is always on hand to offer advice and support. If you need any extra motivation she's there checking in with you. Since training with Molly I have made massive chances to my body. I have already lost numerous inches and feel so much stronger and fitter than I have in years. Molly really knows her stuff and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who's looking to lose weight, tone up, get fit and feel better all round. Thanks Molly
