        Pretty good customer service. Went in and asked for the ladies personal favourite that conformed to a certain category of scents that I mentioned to them. You can see they were genuine as they didn't try to sell me the most expensive ones, they gave me samples they thought were really good fragrances and they were certainly priced well. Good value for money here.

        Ordered YSL black opium from you on 22nd click and collect with website saying click and collect until 23rd for Xmas, now product not coming until after Xmas really disappointed with the service should have just Ordered from boots or LF instead never let me down now I have to wait 5 days for the 100 back and pay another 90 for the same bottle from another shop absolute let down

        Felt a bit fleeced. Asked for vegan perfume to be told they only had one at 60. Turns out most perfumes are vegan now by default.....not great advice.

        Worst service ever, the store manager is soo rude to the customers and doesn't even listen to complaints. Had the worst experience ever.
