About 3 weeks ago I arranged an appointment for an eye test at the Loughborough branch, this was set up for the following week. At the appointment I was impressed with all the staff I had contact with during the very thorough testing process and spectacle selection that followed the test. Having selected my choice of frames I was told they would be ready to collect with 7 days, which they were. After using several opticians over the years I can honestly say that the service I received at Boots was outstanding in terms of professionalism and customer service from all the staff involved. I have already booked my re-test for 12 months time, entirely due to the kindness and general attitude shown by the staff!! Thank you!!

The team at Boots Opticians Loughborough are always very helpful, polite and professional. They have always provided a very high standard of service for my family's eye tests.

I had my eyes tested on 16th Mar 2022 at Boots, Loughborough. The first thing they do is put you under pressure to pay an extra 25 for a scan which should be mentioned when you book rather than hijacking you without warning at a counter full of people. I had my test and Scan then ordered contact lenses. They said that they would take 3-4 days to get them in stock and that they would contact me as soon as they came in. It is now around 8 weeks and there as been no contact whatsoever from Boots. I have now purcased & received my contact lens from another source. These people have computers to keep track on orders, which means that somebody must have consciously ignored the reminders and my order will be just sitting on a shelf in the back.

Awful service - contact lenses that I was supposed to pick up from store were sent to address from 3 years ago. Had the same issue in London store and now here -how difficult is it to change the address when the client is asking you to do so? I`ve had to call customer services and waste an awful amount of time to get my lenses delivered to the right address on multiple occasions - in London and Lboro.
