Then when it came to choose the frames and the lenses a gentleman called Greg proved very competent and helped me choose the frames and lenses. In fact I was difficult to choose beause ot their range and variety and Greg interfered and helped me a lot. I am so grateful to him.
Lorraine also showed understanding and tried all her best in booking a new appointment several times, then took the measurements calmly and explained everything in details. Obliged to Lorraine too.
In short, I do not hesitate to recommend Scrivens to anyone who needs advice and glasses. Thanks to their team Scrivens is a great opticians!
