        They are so behind their own schedule and made me late 20 minutes but they cancel on you if your a few minutes they pick and choose when it suits them about rules.

        Great customer service as always from Specsavers Loughborough, the staff are always lovely. Special thanks to Imogen for helping me find frames that suited me. Happy with my glasses. Going forward, I would like to see frames for wider female faces.
