They wasted couple of months of our time during the application process. They were not disclosing all information to us and applied for a mortgage to certain banks without our permission. At the end, they told us that its better if we waited a year before re-applying due to our credit score. We went to different company and were given a mortgage within a week, the whole process of buying a house took 6 months and now we have our own place. Avoid Bastylia if your situation is bit more complex, otherwise they will waste your time by pretending they know what they are doing.
