My iPad was working absolutely fine but it was cracked so I sent it to be repaired. After a few days I received my iPad back. The edges of the iPad were rough with glue; there were red things stuck under the screen; the home button was severely damaged and my Apple Pencil no longer worked. I sent it back to be repaired again and the same problems occurred. I visited a nearby phone repair shop to get a second opinion. They said that the screen was cheap so the pen wouldnt work. However, the roughness of the job couldnt be accounted for. I went back again to ask for a refund and the question was completely avoided and the man said that they would ring me when their stock provider had some official Apple screens which they said would cost upwards of 100 to fix. This would be on top of the 55 Ive already forked out for a dodgy screen and service which has completely broken my iPad! And after two weeks I havent received a call. Even if I was offered a full refund of 55 the cost of damage that has been caused is far beyond it.

Shame on you, The new screen you gave me is a fake, you know what you did and you stole the original colour display parts from my iPhone, I won't be coming back a second time, guys don't come to him to fix your phones!!!
