Purchased a laptop after viewing the displays and reading the specs and finding what I wanted/needed. Got said laptop home to find that it didn't have a fingerprint scanner like the display so I went back to store. Where the manager was rude and blunt and clearly could not care about anything or anyone. I was offered the display model instead which if I did then I got the fingerprint scanner but not the 1year Microsoft Office included which has a value of 60 so my purchase then would have cost an extra 60 just to go home with what I was originally meant to have been sold. I was told there was no availability to give the display laptop with a years office and they couldn't even give me a 10 laptop case as a gesture of good will especially as I'd had to visit the store twice now. I ended up taking a refund which they still ended up charging me for Internet security which I was given for free. The manager although stood 4m away from the till was trying his best to not speak to me and to communicate via a member of staff instead. Will be avoiding this store like the plague.

Tried to buy a sim contract. I have a PERFECT credit score. After an hour (literally) of trying to get their computers online they said I had failed their credit check. Pathetic and laughable
