These people are disgusting they have kept a Deposit of 190 from my Daughter who tried hardest to rent a property but due to so many different obstacles couldnt do anything than walk away from trying any longer. How things are at the moment that money could of been used towards a good cause but NO you robbed this from a hard working person. Shame on you. Would like to know where this money has gone because it would of been deducted from the rent if had all gone ahead.

Not very helpful, didnt know important things about the property, such as where the electricity box is located. Also felt like things were hidden from us, such as blinds being broken. Sent us links to services we didnt need such as electricity direct debit which caused a lot of mess that we had to clean up because they didnt know we are on a prepayment meter. The list goes on. Personally I wouldnt use them again. It would definitely turn me off a property if it was with them.
