Circle Tyres

Updated (Jan 2023) I gave them a 3rd try, and they moved up from 2 to 3 stars (7/10)... Such small businesses are useful to have in any town and I think they should be supported by the local community which is why I went back to them, but to avoid disappointment, customers should not expect a 5* service, especially when it comes to time management... As for workmanship, I think they are well experienced and they do a good job. ----------------- Previous (2022): After having a good experience there 2 weeks ago and giving them a 5* rating, it only took 2 weeks to come back for a second experience which was not good at all unfortunately, as they gave me an appointment and could not keep it, and they didnt bother ringing to change it, causing me disruption and wasting my time... I found that to be very disrepectful and unprofessional. I am not sure if I will give them a 3rd try to either re-adjust their service level, or go further down the hill. We shall see.
