Very pleasant experience from start to finish Called up the garage explain my issues / concerns after talking with Chris We booked in to get the automatic gearbox looked at extreamly happy with everything Did everything necessary and more to help us out was happy to receive the telephone call confirmation everything was sorted and ready to collect Really like the fact the garage was honest and not pushy with trying to get any extras Highly recommended for Very friendly reliable garage I will certainly use again in the future Thanks guys at tunnies 5stars all the way

I called the garage in the morning explaining my issues that they got me in to look at my car the dame day. The best thing! No oily finger prints in the car or on the seat.

Honestly could not recommend this business enough. We had one car breakdown around 6 months ago due to the gearbox bearings breaking, we attempted to go through warranty and they walked us through every step, fully explained everything and made us aware of all costs. When that didnt go to plan we had the work carried out by Tunnis anyway, the car was perfect when we received it back and they even fixed our brake light - we noticed this when we got home as they didnt charge or mention it which we thought was really kind of them. 6 months later, the mechtronic on our automatic golf broke late in the evening, we didnt have to think twice on where we were taking it when the AA recovered us. We dropped it off to Tunnis on Monday night and had the car back and fixed by Thursday. The staff are all so easy to talk to and so polite and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else. No extortionate prices or overwhelming technical talk. Service: Transmission
