I ordered a steiff bear last year. Delivery was prompt. I needed to ask a question, which I sent a email and was answered straight away. Fantastic customer care. My steiff bear has arrived, double boxed, can't wait to give it to my daughter for her new son. I'm waiting to order another but unfortunately the shop is temporarily closed. Fingers crossed it opens soon. X
