        Blonde lady behind the till was serving the gentleman in front of me when he asked her where he could find a particular item. She was very short with him and just said its over there instead of taking 10 seconds or so to show him the exact location. When serving me she was again short and acted like she didnt want to be there. Friendly customer service really goes along way and would avoid people like me feeling like I have to leave a bad review like this. People expect better from a national super store like Next.

        Previously a VIP member getting priority access to sales and spending an awful lot of money. Sadly the last time was the very last. Unable to have free delivery to the store for collection and will not pay 3.95 delivery to my address when I can't guarantee its secure delivery not being home.
