I felt that I had a terrible experience. I paid a deposit and then had a bad eczema outbreak, I later asked for my deposit back as my skin condition wasnt getting better and I wouldnt have been able to have the treatment. The owner Emma instead of discussing options with me seemed to ignore my first few messages asking for the deposit back and then responded to then block me. I felt the reaction was unfair and it could have been handled better, especially because I cant afford to lose that money for essentially nothing. Unfortunately it didnt stop there and a year later having checked my message requests on Facebook I can see that this woman has now used her personal account to send me a message, unsend it and then block me twice.

Had Emma do my treatments for lip and cheek fillers for last two years. Always been very happy with service and results and trust her totally as registered nurse and gave her advice on what I wanted doing
