Student Beehive Kingfisher Halls

Of the 4 years I spent in Loughborough, Student Beehive (Kingfisher Halls) was far and away the best of all the accommodation I lived at. For anybody of any year group that is looking for accommodation, whether that be alone or in a group I would highly recommend staying here. The room I stayed in was well sized and modern with a great en-suite bathroom. There was also a shared kitchen area which had a very homely look to it which was cleaned once a week. The service was incredible throughout my stay and if their was ever an issue or something needed fixing Matthew Sanders would have it sorted within a day. We had many kitchen items replaced within 24hrs of reporting that there was an issue and the same can be said if I had any problems in my room. In addition to the living area they have kitted out common room with an Xbox, darts and a pool table which was brilliant for having groups of friends round. There is also a small gym which would be fine for someone that just wants to get a quick workout in, and a hot tub which is always a nice little feature to have. The best part of all of this is that it is potentially one of the best priced accommodations in Loughborough. The en-suite room I stayed in was the same price as a normal room in William Morris Halls and it was a 50 week contract as opposed to most places which only offer 38 weeks. Not a single thing I could falter or offer as an improvement, the only thing I can say is I wish I had found out about it in my undergraduate degree!

Quick to get things fixed/manager responds fast to emails and queries. I was in e block, common room also had two fridges and was spacious. Enjoyed my stay there.
