        The house seemed to have been thoroughly renovated a few years ago, but it was already clearly worn out. It is recommended that any defects and cleanliness be documented when moving in, as the tenancy is not characterised by trust and fairness.

        Great student accommodation - refurbished and in brilliant locations with a landlord that was always helpful - even picked me up from the train station! I would definitely recommend to any Loughborough student.

        Stayed with this company academic year 17/18. Service was outstanding. Lovely flat that the landlord took every effort to maintain over the period of the tenancy.
