Very rude and irresponsible service. I bought a desk from this shop with a delivery service to third floor. The delivery man left it on the ground floor without notice, and then I had to carry it to the third floor myself because the lift didn't work. I tried my best to do it, but it was too big for me to do. I called the shop asking for help. The boss was very rude, saying the delivery man was off duty (12:50 pm), and I tried to negotiate with the boss asking if he could give me a hand after closing the shop later today (only a two-minute walk), but he refused, and then I asked if anyone could help me the next day and still refused. The boss became cheeky, saying he does not have my flat number, so it has been left on the ground floor. However, I am 100% sure I gave him my flat number yesterday, as he 100% asked for it. I have asked if I can return it to his shop, as it is only two minutes (easier than moving to the third floor), he said yes but no refund, only credit. In the end, he was rude to hang up the call. If you need to buy second-hand furniture, I recommend buying from Sofa as their staff are very friendly.
