Extremely helpful during a difficult sale - We bought a property that William was selling and had great difficulty with out buyer in the last minute. If it wasn't for William's knowledge, advice, patience and going above and beyond for us then we would have lost both our sale and the house we were so desperate for. William was on the phone to solicitors across the whole of the chain, mortgage advisors, agents - He literally couldn't have done more to help and we are extremely grateful.
