We had 2 one-bedders for a few nights and had a very comfortable stay. Was discouraged by the bad reviews below, but discovered that they just had a change in management when we were there and the improvement was very visible. The 2 flats were in good shape (looked newly renovated actually), the kitchen seemed fully equipped (but we didnt cook during the stay) and the showers were good. The beds were comfortable and we used one of the washing machines once and it was great! We didnt watch TV, but there was one in each flat and I felt that you really had everything you need for a short stay. The only problem was the soundproofing was not the best if you had lots of traffic outside or noisy neighbours who talk in the corridors, and the floor upstairs seemed to creak. There were also many spiders in one of the flats, but not a big problem unless you are squeamish like my teenager. There was gel to clean your hands in the corridors and the common areas were clean. You need codes to enter doing away with keys etc. The location was good, a straight walk to the town centre, but it could be a little tricky trying to cross the road just in front at times. The Manager was a friendly guy who had a great sense of service and for things well done, thank you!

I have never left a review anywhere before but I hope this review saves someone from booking here. It is the worst booking I have ever made...mould in room, unresponsive, highly unprofessional. I still have not received a call back regarding the mould and I had to find a new place to stay as there was mould everywhere. Do NOT book here- go anywhere else but here. This place should be shut down for health and safety reasons.
