for the second time I am trying to use their services, again a total disappointment. with a car that is not in motion, they want to drive the car, but they cannot come with diagnostics to determine the problem

Exceellent Mercedes specialists. Have been using for a few years now. Very knowledgable and excellent service and prices. Highy recommended.

Great service, very close to expected Mercedes standard of customer service or just good quality service for that matter given the reputation of the brand. Well maintained facility. Parking is a bit tight but not an issue. These was a hiccup in maintenance regarding my vehicle, but communication was established just in time. Although it could have been preferred earlier to allow time to make transportation arrangements, so room to improve. Overall happy and worth the drive from the Leicester as the Leicester branch has been upseting on any levels. Will update to five starts after a few more visits for consistency sake, but hopefully not many visits given the circumstances. Looking into getting another vehicle in the near future, so will start here for sure!

If you own a Mercedes this is the only place to take it, top rate mechanics and very honest. Im always a satisfied costumer

Had a wheel speed sensor fitted, it was a fast repair at a fair price.
