Called ask for home measurements was told to come into shop pick the carpet so we did than booked a date for measurements, asked what time was told we will get a call. Me and wife took turn to take half day off work each to wait for a call. Then finally the guy called and said he there and can't wait around when I said be there 5min. There no one in the house there bacause my mother hasn't moved in yet and there no carpet in house. All you have to do is ring up 5min before arriving. As we only live in next street.You have wasted my whole day waiting and my trip to the shop. Your guys at the shop never said am or pm i asked at the time he said you would ring .when you rang i said i be there 5min you said you cant hang around ,it would only take me less 3min to be there . you could have offer to rebook then and there if your short of time. You said i need ring the shop tomorrow to rebook ,that when i hang up. We been waited a whole day . You are making so difficult for people to buy from you .
