I am the Engineering Manager for Rutpen Ltd we are a chemical manufacturing and solvent recovery site. We have recently invested in a new canopy covering our tank farm containing mixing vessels up to 40,000ltrs. Due to the nature of our business this is a high risk, highly flammable environment, this meant lighting became more challenging. After spending time on the internet I made an enquiry to Inui, the response time was fantastic and Martin headed up the project from their end. We had many discussions regards light types, specifications and use of light, for example Atex area, high roof space and difficult areas. Very knowledgeable and helpful with light spread, lumens required and positionings of fittings to optimise light and efficiency. Once finalised prompt quotations provided with exceptional prices. Kept up to date on lead times and deliveries. Once the light units arrived very good quality fittings provided good quality light, exactly what was specified. Great after sales care, since the start of the project back in March we now require more specialist lighting and I had no hesitation in contacting Inui. Highly recommend!
