If I could give 0 stars I would. After 4 and a half years I am still waiting on a 2400 refund of stamp duty this practice incorrectly raised. As other reviewers have pointed out they dont return calls and I was instructed by a secretary to seek a refund by from the tax office myself. I paid for services they didnt carry out. Ridiculous.

As a property investor, I have dealt with many solicitors in terms of conveyance however I would consider Tuseef to be one of the best in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. He dealt with my commercial purchase and without any hesitation I would recommend him and his team to anyone. His advise was invaluable and professionalism was impeccable. He kept me updated throughout the process and provided me with the most effective and timely legal service. I would most certainly be dealing with him again.

Do not use this solicitor. They were slow and often unavailable. The person handling our conveyancing had far more cases than she could possibly handle. They made several mistakes including very serious ones. For example they made two incorrect entries on the Land Registry which has only come to light nine years later and we are having to pay to have it corrected. You expect a solicitor to represent your interest not sabotage it.
