Started asking for more and more got to a point was only working part-time but wanting more money. Paid about 70% of build in good faith when only 50% of work was done. When questioned about progress and how much had been paid refused to come back until more money had been paid.
The quality was extremely poor doesnt know what he was doing ie steels had no padstones, blockwork was not plumb and joists were all cut wrong.
Having to go through the COURTS to get back my money and fix the mess he left everything in. Gives builders a bad name having to redo all the work.
Please stay away and get a proper builder. NO IDEA what hes doing just out to fleece people.
