        Freedom Care is a truly fantastic company and is an amazing place to work. The support that staff give the service users is exceptional and of a very high standard. The staff are professional and friendly and the management team are very supportive and hands on. Training within the company is excellent and the team leaders and management do their best to accommodate the needs of the staff & service users wherever possible. The values and ethics of the company are strong and the feedback we get from service users, parents and professionals is outstanding.
