Popped in to see if they could fit me in on the day and the lovely lady there was brilliant and said I could be seen next. I explained I was very depressed with my hair (it had really bad split ends) and I just wanted to feel pretty. I asked if she could cut the split ends off and style it a bit and I walked out feeling like a new woman. She was lovely to talk to and made me feel very comfortable even with severe anxiety and I will definitely be going there again. Thankyou for being so brilliant.
