Welcoming and excellent coaching from Gavin. The workout sessions are well structured and varied throughout the week. Gavin helps you learn the correct Crossfit moves and works with you to improve your technique while you gradually build up strength and confidence to lift heavier weights. I was looking to build up strength, have structure, be pushed and have a new routine which Loughborough Crossfit offers.
