I joined Smyth Fitness back in September having done zero exercise since my days at uni many years ago. I was really apprehensive about joining but knew I needed to make a change to my lifestyle. There was no need to feel apprehensive, the coaching team and other members at Smyth are all excellent and so welcoming/supportive. There's no judgment. There is a great atmosphere in all the sessions and I have had really good results, loosing over 20kg and more importantly I'm now able to keep up with the kids! I thoroughly recommend Smyth. Thanks to their help I now feel in control of my fitness and nutrition.

Just joined up after 6 week boot camp and am feeling much fitter after years of only dog walking. Lots of encouragement from the coaches and as much advise as you could want with nutrition and exercise. Also lots of people similar to me there so feel more comfortable. Hopefully will keep on improving and feeling healthier and stronger.

Started my journey with Smyth Fitness in January as a way to kickstart the year. My intention was to crack the 6 week boot camp programme and then flee the nest. Well Im a truly fledged member now and so is my wife. The training plans are second to none and every session is different. Run approx 70+ sessions per week designed to fit around your family and work life balance whether you are an early riser or prefer evening sessions. The Coaches are awesome, friendly, have a laugh, on hand to answer any questions and give you plenty of encouragement along the way to achieve your individual goals. Aswell as the fitness side, Coaches focus positively on your individual nutritional needs and monitor your targets on a weekly basis to help you get the best results! Would highly recommend if want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Ive recently joined Smyth fitness and would highly recommend this to anyone!! The coaches are fantastic and extremely supportive and knowledgable. The sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and a great deal of time is spent helping you understand the nutrition side which I struggled to understand previously. I would encourage anyone to give it a try and you will receive all the help and support you need along the way. Theres a huge variety of sessions available at different times of day meaning you can achieve your fitness goals despite the busiest of lifestyles

I started the 6 week bootcamp in January having seen a Facebook ad in December. Ive been looking for a while to get back to fitness and lose some weight and to aid my mental health too. The sessions are great and very varied. The nutritional advice and support is absolutely fantastic from the coaches. The support from fellow bootcampers, the Fitfam, is extremely valuable too. Ive now signed up for a 12 plan
