Whilst I love the quality of Oh Deer they have been plagued by distribution issues this year meaning that so far only one art box out of four I have ordered and paid for as a gift have been delivered. All you get is an apology and only after chasing for that too! Quality does not beat poor customer service. I wont be renewing my subscription next year and wouldnt advise anyone to prepay for a gift their loved ones arent going to get!

This company has fantastic products. I am an Artful and papergang subscriber since May/June 2021. I appreciate all the thought that goes into each box. They are all so unique and fun! What makes this company shine the most to me is their customer service. I'm in the Netherlands, and the customs/ tax situation since July 2021 has been a big challenge (Dutch customs being really dumb)This company has gone above and beyond on working with me to get things right. I have really appreciated it.

My experience with them was poor. Bought cards and a few gifts quite a while ago. Gifts came bare, which is fine sometimes but these looked shabby as had no protection from their stores or the parcel box. Socks looked nothing like the bright cheerful image they had online. Now we get to the annoying bit. Have had several emails asking why I didn't go back for another order. Explained the first time as to why and asked them back in Aug to remove my personal details and not send me any more emails. They didn't do this. Now, asking for my details to be removed means it is law for them to do so when requested. Fast forward a couple months and the same emails kept coming. Asked them again why they haven't removed my details. They blamed it on a 3rd party company. Now this is a poor reply. This is their company, their system and their marketing. To blame it on others is a cop out and shows incompetence. Anyway, fast forward again to today, after I was told yet again I would no longer get emails, I get another. This whole experience shows me that a, their goods are poor and b, they are totally useless. If they cannot do something as simple as stop marketing, what on earth would they treat customers like if something went wrong? Awful company and I wish they'd just go away - it's clear I would never buy from them again, as explained months ago, so why they keep offering me 20% discount on further orders, on spam emails they keep breaking the law in sending, is beyond me. Add - Not good to read the reply to H TK's review below.. Sure, there has been so much trouble for retailers for a long time but it's up to them to sell stuff of which they have no stock.
