What a lovely company and all whom work there. I ordered a lovely Montblanc pen as a gift for someone who has been truly unwell. The service I received from start to finish was first class. Being that I was undecided over certain aspects of my gift, Jackie was very patient with me, doing her best to advise and assist. Debbie was also helpful and Bruce went that bit extra to enable me to achieve a good end result with the gift. Again thank you so much, and for getting my gift here on time. Great personal service. I ordered a replacement for my MontBlanc pen and incorrectly ordered the wrong part , I contacted the shop and they arranged to exchange the item at no extra cost , It's good to know that some businesses still value customer service vehicle some large companies do not. Thanks for your help , will definitely use and recommend you

I bought an item that was non-pen related online on a Friday (Aspinal of London product), and the item arrived 24 hours after I purchased it- Brilliant!! Product was also nicely wrapped upon delivery with no issues at all. Highly recommend, thanks a lot.
