I've been working with Madeline to organise flowers for my wedding, and can say the service has been absolutely faultless - from the fresh flowers in the shop to the beautiful arrangements, I'm confident that won't change. Madeline is incredibly welcoming, listens to what you want, offers her own creativity, and no ask seems to be too much trouble. I really can't wait to see our ideas come to life on my big day. I bought a plant on my last day of my trip to Loughborough and the lady was very nice and informative. She even wrapped my plant for the coach journey home. Highly recommend.

Madelines Gifts and Flowers is a lovely business in Ward's End, Loughborough, with a variety of bouquets and weddings and funerals floristry which you can look up online. The lady is very pleasant and friendly and it's well worth looking around the shop for those special gifts. Besides their photogenic shop, they also have a great website.

We had received a bouquet of flowers on the day that wasnt to the brides specification (infact it was hideous) so I called Madelines Gift shop and told her our problem asking if she could help us. Madeleines gift shop was a God send - in less than an hour, she put together the most BEAUTIFUL bouquet for the bride - it was just PERFECT and had the WOW factor!. Madeline is a star. Recommendation: You really dont need to look any further for a florist. Thank Madeline for saving our day
