Rude and lacking of customer service skills. Will not be returning.

The lady with the Scottish accent is extremely rude! I was shocked by her behaviour. I hope I will never have to deal with her again, prefer to send my kids with logo uniforms. Her way of talking is incredibly rude.

Hannah is absolutely lovely and always friendly and I've never have had any issues. I happened to be picking up an order for my youngest and asked about trying a blazer on for my son, which I only placed an order the night before. She had stock in and I could collect there and then. THANK YOU so much!
